Teardrop Bag

The Teardrop bag is handmade by yours truly, using up cycled denim jeans for the entire bag, and the hems for the waves on the front of the bag. The reckless waves are made from the seam overlock finishes, and the gentle waves are made from the hems of the jeans. It has a 7” brass zipper. This bag does not have a lining inside.

Measurements:

The Teardrop bag’s body has a length of 26cm, a width of 4cm, and a height of 13cm. The strap’s height is 34cm.

Creator’s suggestions:

Since this is a handmade bag, it is suggested that you handle it with care and love, and do not put much weighty items on it on a daily basis. Each bag is unique, with slight differences that make them even more special.

Also, please note that the shade of denim is based on a light wash to dark wash spectrum, hues of blue may change within these two categories, but they will still fit either in the light wash category or dark wash category.

Since the waves designs on the front of the bag are made using the hems and overlock finishes of the jeans, it is meant to fray. If you do not which the frayed effect, use scissors to cut any loose threads that you do not want.

How to wash and dry:

If you want to wash your bag, it is best to do it by hand. With a gentle stain remover and cold water, cleanse gently the areas you wish to clean. Dry naturally, do not use the washer or drying machine.
